1. Apologies: – to accept apologies for absence

2. Declarations: – to receive declarations of interest and consider any written applications for dispensations.

3. Minutes of previous meeting: – to consider minutes of the meeting held on 15 January 2020.

4. Public participation session: – to receive representations from the public (15 minutes allowed with a maximum of 3 minutes per person)

5. Financial information: –
5.1. To receive and consider the Income and Expenditure account for the period to January 2020 (appendix 1)
5.2. To approve and sign the bank statements and reconciliation at January 2020 (appendix 2)
5.3. To approve financial information being produced quarterly in line with Financial Regulations

6. Payments: –
6.1. To consider and approve the payments on appendix 3
6.2. To ratify the payments on appendix 3

7. Draft budget for 2020/21: –
7.1. To receive latest draft budget from RFO
7.2. To consider including the Smartwater project in the budget
7.3. To consider final amendments for recommendation to Full Council
7.4. To recommend precept for 2020/21 to Full Council

8. Banking arrangements: – To receive update from RFO

9. Responsible Financial Officer: – To consider the possibility of an interim responsible financial officer

10. Risk management: – To review risk management schedule (appendix 4)
