Providing varied, active play sessions for under-fives, WyePlay welcomes parents, grandparents and carers to bring children from birth to five to come and enjoy soft play, toys, musical instruments, books, dressing up, baby area, craft, story-time with a snack, songs and parachute games. Sessions run every Thursday morning at Bishopswood Village Hall from 10am to 12 noon during Herefordshire school term-time. Sessions cost £4 per child and £1.50 for each additional child.
Steph and Lou, our two Play Leaders, give a warm, friendly welcome to adults and children alike. Steph and Lou have backgrounds in Early Years childcare and Education. The sessions are gently themed, with a different story, craft activity and toys each week.
WyePlay is a registered charity, run by a team of six volunteer Trustees. It was set up with the aim of providing friendly, welcoming, active free-play sessions for families with babies, toddlers and pre-school age children in and around Ross-on-Wye, including rural communities.
Please come and join in the fun at Bishopswood Village Hall – the sessions are a lovely way to spend the morning with your little ones. More details can be found on our Facebook page.
